Abstract

Bugungi kunda kriminalistika fanining rivojlanishi tergov sohasi vakillaridan jinoyatlarni tergov qilishda an’anaviy usullardan foydalanish bilan birgalikda zamonaviy usullarni ishlab chiqishni ham taqozo etmoqda. Ayrim hollarda dalillar yetarli emasligi, jinoyatchilar o‘zlaridan iz qoldirmaganligi sababli jinoyatlarni fosh etish biroz uzoq vaqt talab qilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada sud ekspertizasida polinologiyaning – ya’ni gulchang va boshqa mikroskopik botanika zarralarini tahlil qilish orqali jinoyatni fosh etishda foydalaniladigan ilmiy usulning — mazmuni va amaliy qo‘llanilishi tahlil etiladi. Polinologik izlar jinoyat joyini aniqlash, jasadning ko‘chirilganligini tasdiqlash, shuningdek, jinoyatchining geografik harakatini aniqlashda ishonchli dalil sifatida xizmat qilishi mumkin. Maqolada polinologik ekspertizaning afzalliklari, cheklovlari va uning kriminalistika fanidagi istiqbollari haqida fikr yuritiladi. Shuningdek, xorijiy tajribalarga qisqacha to‘xtalinib, O‘zbekiston sud ekspertizasi tizimida bu yo‘nalishni rivojlantirish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
