GIPERMETROPIK AMBLIOPIYADA PLEOPTIK DAVOLASHNING ZAMONAVIY KONSEPSIYALARI: NEYROYADRO YONDASHUVI

Koʼz retinasi va bosh miya koʼruv poʼtlogʼining neyral plastikligi tamoyillariga asoslangan yangi pleoptik davolash strategiyalari bugungi oftal mologiyaning eng istiqbolli yoʼnalishlaridan birini tashkil etadi. Ushbu maqolada biz 4 yoshdan 14 yoshgacha boʼl gan gipermetropik ambliopiyali 124 nafar bemorga oʼtkazilgan prospektiv klinik tadqiqot natijalarini taqdim etamiz. Dichoptik terapiya, adaptiv gamma-stimulyatsiya va neyrofeedback asosidagi mashqlar kombinatsiyasidan foydalangan holda oʼtkazilgan 6 oylik davolash kursi natijasida bemorlarning 78,2% ida koʼruv oʼtkirligi 0.3 dan oshiq koʼrsatkichga yaxshilandi. Anʼanaviy okkluziya terapiyasi bilan solishtirma tahlil oʼtkazildi. Tadqiqot natijalari neyroyadro yondashuvining anʼanaviy metodlarga nisbatan sezilarli ustunligini tasdiqladi.
