Abstract

This article explores the current landscape issues of roadside areas in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and proposes innovative solutions adapted to its arid climate and ecological conditions. Through the analysis of local environmental data, urban development strategies, and international best practices, the study aims to offer sustainable, cost-effective, and visually appealing landscape designs. These solutions aim to reduce dust, combat soil degradation, enhance biodiversity, and improve the psychological well-being of road users by transforming monotonous roadside spaces into resilient green corridors.
