Ushbu maqolada musiqachi shaxsining psixologik xususiyatlari, ijodiy qobiliyatlarning shakllanish jarayoni, sahna madaniyati, emotsional barqarorlik, musiqiy tafakkur va motivatsiya kabi jihatlar tahlil qilingan. Musiqachi faoliyatida shaxsning individual tipologik xususiyatlari, temperament, xarakter, hissiy sezgirlik, ijodiy tasavvur va o‘zini namoyon qilish mexanizmlari muhim o‘rin tutishi ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqot ijodkorning kasbiy rivojlanishida psixologik omillarning ta’siri, mashg‘ulot samaradorligini oshirishda psixologik yondashuvlar hamda pedagogik-psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlashning ahamiyatini ochib beradi.
