Активным проникновением цифровых технологий во все сферы жизнедеятельности современного общества вызваны трансформации, происходящие на рынке труда. Особое место в этом ряду занимают новые, так называемые нестандартные формы занятости населения, которые все более распространяются во всех странах мира, постепенно вытесняя привычную стандартную занятость. При этом постоянно расширяется многообразие этих новых форм - от современных гибких, фриланса до многочисленных разновидностей временной, неформальной, самозанятости.
